Steps for trade fair preparation

1. Complete your exhibitor profile

Please complete your exhibitor profile for the FIBO GUIDE and the online exhibitor list. Note the fill level, which is displayed as a percentage in the top left. When editing your profile, you can see from the yellow frames which information is still missing to reach 100% fill level.

Notes:
- Please complete your exhibitor profile in German and English, to bring your fill percentage up to 100% and to increase the engagement potential of the visitors with your profile. You can find this drop-down list "Translations" on the top right of your profile.

- As a returning exhibitor, you have the option of importing the data from the previous event into your exhibitor profile.

- You have the possibility to add further persons via the "Company administrators" section. They can manage your exhibitor profile together with you.

Attention: Deadline for the entry in the FIBO GUIDE (print): February 21st, 2025

2. Manage your orders in the Online Service Center

Click on the "Manual" tile for following Options:

1. Please place your orders for the trade show appearance in the service tool area. Please note the respective order deadlines

3. Manage badges and tickets in the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC)

Within the Online Service Center (OSC) click on "tickets & badges" for the following Options:

1. Invite your customers to the exhibition

2. Order exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and assign them
