Important information
FIBO 2025 will take place from April 10th to 13th. Trade visitors can visit FIBO on all four days. Private visitors can visit FIBO on April 12th and 13th, 2025.
Expo
FIBO 2025 will take place in 13 exhibition halls (Confex Hall, 1, 2.1, 3.2, 4.2, 5.2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.1, 10.2 and 11.1). That is three more halls than in 2024. For the first time we are using the brand new Halls 1 and Confex Hall.
We expect 980 exhibitors from over 50 countries and around 140,000 visitors from over 100 countries.
Here you will find our overview of all topics.
Experience:
Exciting competitions, inspiring master classes, meet & greets with stars and creators as well as sweaty workouts are waiting for you. FIBO gives you unforgettable live experiences. Would you like to compete at FIBO as an athlete yourself? There will be numerous options here too. Whether at Hyrox or Strongman, last year we welcomed almost 10,000 athletes. You will be provided with all the information on our website and our social media channels.
Education:
Our FIBO Congress (link ticket shop corresponding) and our Hospitality & Longevity Summit (link ticket shop corresponding) take place in the new congress area Confex. Top-class speakers and innovative sessions will help make your FIBO visit even more meaningful. But you will also find numerous lectures on a wide variety of topics in the 13 halls.
Like every major event, FIBO is subject to official requirements in order to ensure that the event is held safely for everyone involved. We are not allowed to exceed a set number of visitors. In order to be able to plan this better, you have to decide on a day in advance. If you specified Thursday and come on Friday, this is not a problem. However, we cannot guarantee entry on Saturday or Sunday if the other day has been specified.
Would you like to come with several colleagues or employees? No problem, for group requests of 8 or more people, please contact our customer service.
Trade visitors are visitors who have a professional interest in FIBO and work in the fitness, wellness or health industry. Corresponding identification must be proven in our ticket shop and will be approved by us. Here you will also find an overview of which professional groups we allow.

This ticket is reserved for private visitors who are interested in having equipment and products explained to them, for example, for setting up a home gym, in a trade visitor atmosphere. No extras are included in the ticket price. They are very limited and are valid for Thursday or Friday.
Please register directly via the Hyrox website. Shortly before FIBO you will receive your individual ticket code for the FIBO ticket to get to the site.
